Before I even get started, I need to thank all those who have helped and supported my brewing (and drinking) along the years: to Suzanne for my beginner's brew kit, to Joe for my first brew ingredients, to John for sending timely inspiration, to Mom & Dad for not abandoning me during "dark" drinking days and for demonstrating to me a more sophisticated way of enjoying food & drink, to my sibling the Jule, and last (and certainly not least) to Stacy for all her love and support.
